The Acolytes report: Data Entry 001: Ben's hobby and gaming journal

Either way, you are stuck here with me until you manage to click back or you just decide to leave this article. Because of the fact that we have free will, the choice is yours. Knowing this, if you do read all the way to the end of this article, I will be pleased and you have this acolytes eternal gratitude.

This begs the question: who is the acolyte? That is me, Benjamin Gerling. I have often toyed around with the idea of writing a gaming article or journal of sorts. I wont lie, I have been inspired by Tabletop Battles own ‘Road through XXXX’ (if you have not read them, do yourself a favour and check them out. Rob Jones does a wonderful job and talks about his hobby and gaming journey). My own articles here will help me serve as an impetus to my hobby and keep track of my games. It is safe to say that we all want to improve in many different ways and I hope that this will help me. It will also help the GUTI team by getting some attention to their website.

I should probably mention that I have been playing 40k for about a decade now. I have a few factions available to me, my big one being Adeptus Mechanicus. I am currently working on my Imperial Agents and I do have some Chaos Space Marines.

I shall see where my hobby journey takes me and what sort of hijinks and schemes I can get up to and I wish to invite you to participate. No photos available at this time of any projects but I hope to mess around with my camera and next time I can show off what I am working on.
